Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how our refund process works — no confusion, no runaround.

1. Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All digital products purchased from kabirrvani.com (including the Dental Patient Booking Scripts, 30-Day Follow-Up System, and similar products) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase at kabir@kabirrvani.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What we ask (not required, but appreciated): A brief note on what didn't work for you, so we can improve our products for others.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund on digital products:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Your request must be sent to kabir@kabirrvani.com
  • You must include your order confirmation or email address used at purchase

3. Plug & Play Services ($999 Annual System)

For our plug-and-play service packages, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before onboarding has started
  • After onboarding begins: A partial refund of 50% may be issued if requested within 14 days and work has begun but not been completed
  • After full delivery: No refund available once the automation system has been fully built and delivered, as significant time and resources have been invested

If you have concerns about the service at any stage, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve the issue before processing a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultation or strategy calls that have already taken place
  • Service packages where full delivery has been completed
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (for digital products)
  • Purchases where these Terms have been violated (e.g. reselling or redistribution of products)

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe)
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We respond to all refund requests promptly and are committed to resolving issues fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of access to our products and services.
